My experience at this company was fantastic. I got the opportunity to learn many things. I was placed in a diversified environment where I was the point of contact among employees. I met many people and got the chance to learn from them. The working environment was really nice for employees. Due to my job at this company, my communication skills were fully developed. I learnt a lot about customer service and customer facing. Learning never stopped, as I kept on learning actively about how to use the softwares used to provide services and it was real fun to meet and greet new people everyday. Some days have been hard as there were many difficult and angry customers who would vent the anger due to other departments on the customer service department, however it was not hard to adapt with it. The atmosphere was very friendly as the employees were very friendly. I loved doing overtimes as I was really loving my job but at the end I had to quit as my contract had reached its end. I was posted in some of MT retail outlets (Orange Shop) where I had the opportunity to interface directly with customers and also understand the various operational activities that staff has to perform in a shop.
